Question for Kirby & the Amazing Mirror

How do you get to the main menu from gameplay? I'm using an emulator and I was wondering how to get back to the main menu?

First you will need to save progress. When finished press reset. It will show the opening scene. Press A and you are at the main menu.

Well Im Using Cheats And I Do Not Wanna Lose Their Effects. And I Do Want The Spray Paint, So Any Other Way That Doesnt Require Resetting Or Anything That Involves Quitting?

Try pushing a and b and select and start at the same time.
