Just fight, fight and fight some more until an enemy drops a moogle room card at the end of the battle and then use it to open a room. Usually, I get my first one in Agrabah (I think). Have fun searching!

If you have a Moogle Room Map Card, use it. I just recently figured out that the type of room it is depends on what Map Card you use, kupo!
