can someone give me a clue as to how i beat that one guy in twilight town..

Vexen's name speaks for itself...he is very VEXING in battle. The easiest advice for you is to learn the names of his sleights. I know three but I forget their names. One covers parts of the ground in ice so you slip and become an easy target, another swallows you in ice and does damage until you get out (just move around), and finally, this one always made me mad, one that causes ice pillars to shoot out of the ground and follow you around for about 5-10 seconds. They stop automatically as soon as you get hit, and the best was to dodge is to move in ovals up and down the screen....you'll understand. Lastly, as soon as his HP hits zero, he gains about a third of it back. The good news is that you can use that ability after you beat Vexen if you put his card in your deck.

Easy take all cards that inflict ice damage out and put a crud load of fires

Vexen is hard when you fight him in Twilight Town. One of the tricks to beating him is to keep moving. Especially is he uses Ice Needles(keep moving and they won't hit you) and Freeze(keep moving, the ice only comes up in one place). When he uses Ice Burn, just avoid the patch of ice on the ground. Take out all Blizzards in your deck, and anything Ice type based, and replace them with Fire and Fire based weapoun cards, value 7-9 and some 0s.
