You need high level cards (7 or higher) to beat her. I suggest at least two high numbered cure cards too. You need to constantly jump and attack her head, backing up to the far left when she rears back to avoid her flames. If she raises her claw, jump, because she'll double strike the ground to hurt Sora. If you use the Trick Card, it'll form a sort of stone hill that'll make ti easier to reach her head. Good luck!
