You have to attack Dragon Maleficent's head. I reccomend you use 3 Cloud card sleight to use Onmislash, which takes away about 1/4 of Maleficent's HP.

Its easy all you need is 3 cloud summon card,3 cure to form curaga,3 fire to form firaga,oogie boogie card,hi-potion,ether,high attack cards.Just keep hitting the head.I recommend to finish her off with clouds omnislash
