Does anyone have an gameshark/action replay code that make cards always be in sleights or a ability code that can make the enemy cards effects on in a battle or a sleigh mod code?

Hey! I don't think there are any gameshark/action codes for this game (i could be wrong.) the only way to get sleights (i think) is to organize them in your deck yourself.
