Is there an easier way to get down to the 255th level to acquire the teleport stone. Where are the cursed tools? I have tried the two game trick before, where you save over the second data and go into the lake mine but whenever I do it, I always hit a dead end. I'd like to get the vacation house but is there an easier way in making money?

I think the easiest way to get down to the 225th level in the mine is to go into the mine, save, and then look for the stairs. Once you have found them, just shut the game off and then turn it back on. You now have to hit the ground where the stairs are and they are in the same spot.
You should also take some food down with you just in case!
