What is a Heart Event, and how long does it take for a guy(gray) to like me?

A heart event is an occurance that on a certain day will cause the person whos event was triggered to like you a bit more and after so many their heart will be red. It takes as short as a few months to several years for him to like you. Check some walkthroughs to find out his heart events and what he likes you to give him!
