In order to get married to the guy you want. First you will need to see all of the boys heart events and upgrade your house twice have a kitchen and a big bed. Once your man has a red heart buy a blue feather at the supermarket for 1,000gold. Show your lover the feather and a week later you and your lover will be married. Hope I helped

You need a Large Bed, Kitchen, Blue Feather, or like all the House upgrades and stuff.
If the person you want to marry doesnt accept, maybe your game is glitching so you might need to reset the game or just save you're game file then repeat until he says Yes.
