I won the drawing or something like that and I won it 3 times and it says give it to van something good might happin

Van is a character much like Won.
Yet, the bottle is useless if you do not connect the game with the GameCube and Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life.
He'll from then on travel to your town on certain days. Give him a bottle and you will have access to very deluxe items.

All I know is that you can sell the bottle to won for 50,000 gold. You can only sell it to won if you are good friends with him
