How do you get puppies? Can you get a kitty? Where are the 9 jewels of truth? Can you bring your baby out of the house? How do you get the Sock? How do you make the Veggie Pancake? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Alright. I don't have this game, but I shall use my Googling skills to help you the best I can.
1) To get puppies, you must go to the Yodel Farm (Barley's place, I believe?). Leave your dog there, and give Barley a gift everyday (or, at least, whenever you can). After a looong time, usually a year, Barley will walk over to your house and say your dog and Hannah (her dog) had puppies. Accept them, and you'll have a few puppies running around the next day.
2) As for the kitty, I couldn't find anything, apologies.
3) The location of the Jewels can be find bellow (please remember you must have bought the Shelves from the TV Shop, though):
1. On your dog house's roof
2. The water trough in your horse's barn
3. Purchase from Won ($50,000)
4. Trade 1000 medals at the Horse Race
5. Inspect the lampposts between the Church and Rose Plaza
6. On the second floor of the library, inspect the center right-most shelf
7. Play the New Year's game show on the TV inside the town cottage
8. Inspect the calendar in the mountain cottage (it falls out)
9. Take all eight of the above gems to Thomas' house; inspect his refrigerator
4) From what I could find, no, you cannot bring him outside.
5) To get a sock, become friends with Ellen and give her wool everyday (you can start with something else she likes, but you MUST give her wool everyday at some point). After a while, she should present you with the option to get a sock.
6) This one was a bit harder to find, as its common name is "Savory Pancake"! Alright, first of all, you'll need a Knife and a Frying Pan. Some salt is required as well. As for the ingredients, you'll need Cabbage, Oil, Flour and Egg.
