Well... Ann has no heart events in More Friends Of Mineral Town. You must be talking about FoMT.
But I'll list down her heart events.
Black: Go to the inn between 11:00-12:00.
Purple: Go to the second floor of the inn between 11:00-1:00. It must be Tuesday-Sunday.
Blue: Go to the inn on a Monday or a Friday between 1:00-6:00. Make sure you have the biggest rucksack and that there should be an empty slot. She will give you something.
Yellow: Go to the inn on Wednesday-Saturday from 10:00-5:00.
