Maybe you did something wrong.
Are you sure you have all the home expansions, the kitchen, the big bed, and the other things needed to marry someone. When I fisrt had this game, and I wanted to marry Ann, I couldn't figure it out, but then I realized that you need this stuff. Hope this help, oh, and this time I'm choosing Popuri as well.
