(1)What is the difference between an Action Replay and Gameshark?
(2)Can I use the Gameshark codes for the Action replay thing also?
(3)I need the code for the vacation house and the seaside cottoge and the one you get for being married for 50 years.

1. They are from different companies. The gameshark has more codes most of the time, but it tends to mess up your game and make the game crash.
The Action Replay has less game codes, and a less chance of the game crashing on you.

3. I don't have it. Because I have an Action Replay and it doesn't have that code.
