Can you tell me what are all the things I have to buy on that shopping channel? Also how do I get rid of Gray my love rival who also likes Mary? Lastly, is there any other way I can make a lot of money faster than doing the horse race thing?thanks.

You need to but everything off the shoping channel, (I don't think you need the berry) have 2 extentions, (I don't have the bathtub but I got marryed but it might have been a glitch).
What you can get off the Shopping Channel:
No extentions - Mirror, clock.
1 extention - Shelf, fridge, kitchen, utensils.
2 extentions - (After mirror and clock) Carpet, large bed, power berry.
Her heart has to be dark red.
I don't know how to get rid of Gray because I'm trying to marry Ellie (Just incase your wondering, I got marryed on my 2nd game to Karen).
You don't have to buy everything(don't have to buy the power berry) and all the things you can buy on the shopping channel are
Have to buy:
Kitchen
All the utensils
Carpet
Mirror
Shelf
Refrigerator
Large Bed

Most of you people think you can get rid of every rival in the game,but actually the only rival you can get rid of is Cliff(Ann's Rival).If you choose to get rid of him,he will never and i mean never come back.About the horse race thing,i don't really know how to get money faster then that(I rely on crops,animals,fishing and mining for my money).
