Question for Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town

Hey! Do you know how to get married to Mary the librarian?

I got a big red heart on her but everytime I ask her to marry me with the Blue feather she says oh a blue feather aren't they used to propose.

Can anyone tell me what to do?
HELP!!!! P.S: I've known her for 3 years!!

Wait until the 4th year then because you need to know them for 3 years

Mary's heart is probably scarlet red.
Scarlet red is almost identical to bright red.
That might be your problem

You must see all 4 of her heart events before she can marry you. Here is her heart events:

Black Heart Event - Beginning of the game I triggered this one, on a Tuesday at
Around 9:00am - 3:00pm, or at least when the library is opened, not on mondays
Because it's closed on that day.

Purple Heart Event - Triggered at the library around 10:00am to 4:00pm
On Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Blue Heart Event - Triggered at the mountain peak at Mother's Hill between
1:00pm - 5:00pm on Monday, sunny, and need an opened slot in your item.
Thanks to both Ruujuu Ze Batto and Alicia for pointing this out to me.

Yellow Heart Event - Mary's house will trigger this between 10:00am to 1:00pm
On Monday since the Library is closed that day
