Yes you can, but you can still witness Ann's heart event but by order Black-Purple-Blue-Yellow. There is no green heart event... And if you seen all the heart events, you will have a boost at her heart rate and heart points faster, she might accept you're proposal when you have bed, red heart, 2nd house extention,kitchen,over 100,000 money.
