how to find cursed tool

I find all the cursed tool except cursed sickle tool...I try almost 10 times digging at level 79 for looking the cursed sickle tool but nothing there....can you all help me .... T_T

Then maybe you have a cheat or something, it works all the tine for me, or just reset the level again and again
