1. Well, I think after 3 seasons your kid will fall out of bed and who ever you're married to will tell you to bring him to the clinic, and after that he can crawl...then I think a year after that he'll be able to walk and thats it. That's all he'll grow.
2. Once you get all 9 jewels take them to the mayors house and check the refrigerrator, they'll combine into one and I think they'll heal your stamina or fatigue or just show them or something @___@
3. To get the seaside cottage you must connect to Friends of Mineral Town : A wonderful life on gamecube many times and to connect, throw something into the pond by the spring mine (( the one above the hotspring)) to summon the harvest goddess, and she will ask if you want to connect
4. To get the people in town married you must see all the rival events
