What is an action replay code and how do you enter it and what are they for ?

You enter the code on an action replay game code screen. They're used for cheats.
They are cheat codes for PS1, real old. You got to have a cd for it.
An action replay is a cartrigde that you insert into your gameboy then put hmfomt inside of it.
It is not a cd.
It is not for ps1.
