To get Karen to like you all you need is to buy her wine, wrapped or not I didn't wrap all of them only on occasions.
Give her wine or wild grapes (wraped)
On Fall 15 - because thats her birthday.
Karen also like bamboo shoots, if you have a kitchen go out every day in the spring and pick the shoots and store two of them in the fridge.
She also gains some affection for you if you buy things from the store.
On her birthday, Fall 15, give her wine. I did it and I got her to a blue heart on that same day.
