Okay, so I know that Cliff and Ann's blue heart event occurs at the Church between 11am-4pm. It can't be a Saturday and it should be raining. So why can't I activate it? I'm in my second year and Cliff is working at the winery now so he only goes to the church at night. What am I supposed to do?

it does not matter where an NPC is at the time of the event just enter the church at the correct time and it will trigger.
