I gave him gifts everday, I went to confess, and I listened to those stories he tells and triggered an event where no one is in the church you try the door to go to his "plantation" and the story goes on I'm not going to tell you what he says so you can find it yourself

I hear you can get it behind the church. You must make friend with Carter first to trigger the event.
