You can unlock chests with extras in them when you have all of the cards
No the locked room is the girls dormitory.
Go to the 5th floor. Go into the Wizard Card Collector Club. You will be able to unlock all of the chests.
I don't know what in the world the bean bonus room is.
If you mean the card in front of Fred and George it is simple to get. Go to one of the chests sides and open it from there.
