Only Buckbeak can do more than 2 damage.

Failinglight answered:

No spells work against a werewolf so you must stock up on Grand Wigenwield (or whatever) Potions and Grand Pepper Ups Potions and Then try and get Hermione to Fumos duo before you head to the shrieking shack. Use Hermione to hide Buckbeak from view and use Harry's turn to either stock Buckbeak's stamina points up or stock Hermione's magic points up. Keep using this method, trust me it works!

Akuser Ressurrected answered:

Step 1:Have Hermione use fumos duo. If she doesn't have fumos duo, use fumos uno.
Step 2:Have Harry use petrificus totalus on Lupin
Step 3: Have Hermione use increase attack on buckbeak
Step 4: Have Harry use bludgers wizard card combo every turn.
Step 5: Use Hermione to heal buckbeak when needed.
Don't worry about buckbeak, he will attack on his own.
