Question for Hamtaro: Ham-ham Heartbreak

I read all the questions, and you guys are WAY farther than me, so I hope someone can answer this. I don't know what to do when Hamtaro falls down the hole with Howdy, you know, where Dexter is? I do know t has something to do with Jamout, and I have it, but I can't use it with only Bijou! PLEEEAAASE help, I've been stuck in the same spot for 4 YEARS!!!!!!

Yes, and this is what you do. Go to a room with 2 sofas. Then use hamspar on the fireplace. You'll learn Nok-Nok and Pushie, and when you walk down the hall, there should be a wall with no doors. Nok-Nok on it. You hear a strange noise.

Then Pushie on it. You see the cage they fall into. Go to the 2 hamsters trying to open the elevator. Say Libert-T and get to the cage. Say Libert-T again. Then they get Hamtaro and Howdy out[Howdy fell into it to].Then go to the Scrub-ie[forgot it] challenge and then get the prize. Go up to the last floor.

Then learn the melody 'Moonlight' and go to the funeral room, and play it on the piano. Then you get Dexter out. You need to get him out to complete the game!

P.S., What are the hamchats, and the locations to get them? USE SPACES PLEASE!!
