To get 100% you must get all hidden pacages and all missions/ side missions infact everythign in the game must be completed
Hey man, you wont be getting 100% anytime soon sorry to tell you. You must beat 50 taxi missions without leaving the car to get the borgnine taxi. Collect all the packages. Do lots of ambulance missions and firestruck. I only have about 85% complete. Ok see ya later all on other games
You must accomplish all of the following to get a 100% completion:
Complete all storyline missions
Win all 18 races (6 per island)
Win the Demolition Football
Firefighter (20 fires on each island)
Paramedic (level 12)
Taxi Driver (100 fares)
Vigilante (20 criminals on each island)
Collect 100 Hidden Packages
Complete 21 Rampages
There are no rewards after getting 100%. Good luck!
