Hey GBA PRO back again with info on how to beat this race. I don't see what your problem is it seems fairly easy. Keep your eyes on the map mostly and partially on the screen. This will minimize your time use. This is possible because they cut down a little bit of traffic during races. I hoped this helped you enough to become a pro grand theft auto racer. See ya later on other games.
Always go through the foot path and look at the radar it will save time because if you go on the road you will crash your car and loose your speed and time
