There is a way, but you need to type in huge codes. Your game of golden sun, when it is completed, should offer you a code, I think there is an option in the menu. (actually, have you got the booklet that came with your 'golden sun:the lost age' game? It will explain in the booklet how to get the codes from your origional golden sun game, if you don't have it, look for it online or maybe someone else on here knows the way to do it, I forget.

Anyway, when you get the codes from your origional golden sun, the origional goldensun game will offer you three different codes. BRONZE, SILVER & GOLD. The bronze will just teleport ivan, isaac, mia and garet into your game with their levels, butnone of their items or moneyetc, bad, but it's not a lot of code, ie, it's not long, the silver gives you some of their items and their levels, but it's a longer code, and gold is a REALLY LOOOOOONG code full of jumbled letters numbers and symbols but it gives you your djinni, character levels all items etc. You don't need a gameshark to use it

When you have these codes, (id chose to use the gold, even though it's longer,it's worth it.) have an empty save space in golden sun: the lost age, type your characters names in and it will come up with an option "do you want to transfer data from golden sun?" choose yes, and choose the "enter code" option, not the gamelink cable option, and a screen will come up where you can type in your code. It takes forever, it's really tedious, but at least they put it there, so those of us who don't owm fifteen gameboys can still have fun! Oh, but you wont get the djinni or the items untill you meet up with isaac's crew a fair way into the game, they will be holding the items that they had in your origional game.but not after it, I would suggest doing it right before you start a new game.

By the way, do this at the start of the game, youll get extra battles with people from the origional game, and they will give you items etc... (you can enter a code anytime in the game BEFORE you meet up with Isaac's crew, and you can go to the cheats section of this website, and theres a good cheat code you can use. At least look at the cheat thats there, even if you don't want to use it, because at least you will see sort of what your code will look like, and how long it is!
