Yep, felix will learn it if he has all earth (venus) djinni. Or you can try having almost all venus djinni and giving him a wind djinni I think a jupiter one) and he will learn it quicker. Piers will learn it eventually, too.

Or, you could ude a water of life (little gold droplets) items you can buy or find in the later stages of the game.

Also some djinni you find will have this ability if you use them in battle.
