You can't get there period.

HAHA! I know a way, but you can't enter the towns or do nothing.

Well you go to Loho and get your boat (has to fly) you fly the boat off the shore. near the shore you see the mountain range come to an end with a green sliver. Land your boat as close to there and jump out. It might take a while though.
