You find Shin in Gaia Rock. You'll see him moving barrels, stuffing the serpent with Dragonsbane.
The middle prong of the trident can be found in the Tower of Tundaria. When you enter the tower, just go all the way straight into the room and you'll find it. However, ir is trapped in a crack ice. So you need to make your way to the top of the tower to obtain the Burst psynergy. The Parch psynergy is needed in the beginning.
