I'm in the city with the fat mayor and the messed up boat. I helped the mayor of madra across the desert and I got briiggs but his ship has that rock on it do i get it off? Also I said yes to the fat mayor that I would help him in trading with ships. Was I supposed to say no? And last I don't know where to get reveal. I know it is in airs rock but where in airs rock?

I can't help with reveal but to get rid of that rock you will need to get burst, and to get burst you must climb to the top of tundaria tower which is at the bottom of the world across sea, with psynergies parch and "reveal".
Once you get burst you can also get the middle prong of the trident at the entrance to the tower
It sounds like your still a whiles away so don't worry about that rock for now and just finish it later on.
