It's the giant cloud in the middle of the eastern sea although you have to beat posidin to get there.

Lumeria is past posiodeon (can't spell right) in the sea of time. After you beat him a passage or a whirlpool will open up.

Lemuria is the cloudy white spot on the map in the Western Sea There is a maze and after the maze is a hard battle with Posiodon you need the Trident for the Trident gets made from the three pieces thrown in to the well of Champa by Ankoll Ruins. After Posidon is your way there
