Question for Golden Sun: The Lost Age

At the begging of the game, somehow I never got lash. Can I still get it?

Also, I have the first wind djinn on Sheba but ever since I captured it, whenever I go to set it to use wirlwind, it's recovering. Please help me on either question.

Yes, you probably still get Lash, even though I've never tried it. Do you know where to get it? It is in the temple right south of the first town you are in. As for the Djinn, the way to get it from get from not recovering, you need to walk around until you hear a "whoosh" sound. That means your Djinn is ready to use again.
