Question for Golden Sun: The Lost Age

Okay, just for the record, I have almost reached level one hundred with all of my characters so no one treat me like a newbie.

Just wanted to clarify that, because I feel stupid asking a question that has to do with the beginning of the game.

How do you get the special summon in Air's Rock?

There's a stone tablet in one of the rooms and it's driving me crazy because I can't get to it!

Go north find a move pillar, move it in the way of a wind stone, north of it wind the stone and it will move sorry for being so vague.
