Question for Golden Sun: The Lost Age

In the Ankohl Ruins there's a room where you walk on the button to go down the stairs and sand comes down the statue's mouth and when you keep walking sand keeps coming down.

And theres a block blocking the door on the other side. What do you do in that room?

If you look there's a button on a pillar. Run to the button.

If you wait to long sand will cover it up.

So hurry up.
