Question for Golden Sun: The Lost Age

Can anyone please help me again.

I am stuck on jupiter light house and the Anemos Sanctum.

What should I do and where should I go.

You can't get into the Anemos Innner Sanctum until you have all the Djinni and the Teleport Lapis in Mars Lighthouse. In order to get through Jupiter, you need to find your way to the East and West Towers.

Why? Because at the top of each tower there is an archer, whose arrow will lift each side of the rock on the lighthouse so you can insert the star. But be careful-you have to beat Karst and Agatio here so try to be at level 4o or higher.
