How do you get back to cross bone island after you finish in Tolbi and after you go to the sahula desert?

Go to the area in the suhalla desert where you fight the storm lizard, right after you enter the area you'll see a gap that is too far to jump across. Use reveal and you'll see footprints and a log that allows you to cross the gap. Do so, then follow the path to the mars djinn and the pink tornado.
