If I already beat all of the boss's. And I'm wanting to know how my friend got some of the boss's like Riev or Orrason ?

To get secret characters like Riev and Orson, beat Tower of Valni and Lagdou Ruins. To get all secret characters beat both areas three times.
You have to complete the Tower of Valni and Lagdou Ruins several times each to unlock the secret characters.
He kept going in "map mode" you'll find this in the Extras menu. Go to the one you saved in last time and you can keep on playing.
You need to go to the "Extra" menu then to map mode then to the Epilogue you saved. Pick it and you'll be able to continue where you left off. Go to the Tower and Ruins and some those bosses will unlock for you, when they get beaten they won't say anything but you can use them like any other unit.
