What is the Red Gem used for?? I have no idea!!!

You use the red, blue and white gems at the shop. They are for selling. The red is worth 2500gold. The blue is eorth 5000 gold and the white is worth 10000 gold.

The Gems are good for absolutely nothing... Sell it for the 2,500... Blue, white, and black gems are worth more (Black gems are very rare and only found in the Lagdou ruins and even there you need to go deap in the ruins to find the monster you need to kill.

Sell it in shops for 2,500g, the blue gem is worth 5,000g, the white gem is worth 10,000g, the black gem is worth 15,000g and the gold gem (which can only be obtained through killing boss of lagdou ruins) is worth 20,000g.
