Let me see. you should use...

You REALLY should use Nino at level 20 promoted (hard to level but REALLY worth it)
Hector and Lyn at around level 20 promoted
I used Canas with an eclipse against the final final boss
If you have Fiora at level 20 promoted use her dang it! (same as Nino)
Athos (duh) with all the best stuff you can give him
Oh and if you worked with Guy or Raven so hes around level 20 promoted, BRING HIM ALONG!!!

I think that should do it. Anyone at level 20 promoted will work but the ones I mentioned above served me well. TRAIN NINO!!! She is the best mage apart from Athos when leveled up. Give her body rings so she can weild magic other than Fire without being at a disadvantage.

Be sure to have good staffs(fortify if you have it, physic, recover, barrier, etc) when you start the chapter.

Suround Uhai, Use athos on Kenneth( also note that unlike the others, Kenneth will not move until you are in his range). Use hector(who is hopefuly quite powerful) with Armads(for the defence) or Wolf Beil (for the boost against generals) on Darin, and a good sword unit on Brenden, anyone with good resistance( an archer with rienfleche works well) on Ursala and Jerme. The last two morphs that come out are serious pains. Focus all your effort on one, pounding him to death with your newly obtained S rank weaponry. Otherwise they might just destroy you. Try to have athos near the big door at this point.

After destroying all the morphs, three generals will pop up from the botom of the screen(they don't do anything of much importance, because they are weak).

And the door to Nergal opens up. Be sure to have two staff users with recover ready to heal, as one of the Drugals near nergal has the berserk staff. Athos can easily dispose of that Druid (and all the other magic units around nergal) so long as he is in range, Auriola works best against them with Aureola.

When the time comes to face nergal, you can either take the easy way out and simply have Athos pound him(don't do anything that will allow Athos to die) to death with Auriola, or you can send in your other Units.

Nergal does not move and cannot heal, so be patient, and try not to attack him unless you are certain you can endure two of his attacks in a row. Nergal is your last real chance to level up, so be careful. After Nergal dies, you're up against a dragon with a menacing defence of 40, which means that the only weapons that can really hope to hurt sufficiantlyhim would be Armads, Luna, Aureola, Durandal, and possibly Basilikos and Rex hasta and Reinfleche if you've leveled a warrior, berserker, or general to enough power.

The dragon does not move, however. Position your units 4 spaces away from it, and get ready to attack. The easiest way to finish him is to have Athos stand two spaces away from the Dragon and wait for the Dragon to attack him, while Athos has Either Aureola or Luna equiped. Move Athos away after the turn and heal him.

If you raised any of your lords well, then use them on him in a similair fassion. You also might want to use eclipse on the dragon, as that can wipe him out fairly efficiantly. (Hitting the dragon twice with eclipse and then once with Luna works quite well). Also, if you have Fala's might(which, most likely, you do not) use it.
