Question for Final Fantasy V Advance

How do I cast Protect on all party members at once? I can't seem to select all like the instructions say.

Some spells can only be cast on one person at a time(protect, haste), but if you have hastega or protera(i think there is a spell called protera) you can cast on all party members.most spells can be cast on all people.

You can't. The instructions lie there. I never read the booklet myself, but all I've been able to multi select for is Black magic, certain Time magic, or Curing White magic.
