Question for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

PLS help me decide on what am I going to do to my character

Cloud(Marche)Lv.11 fighter/ninja(I wanted Marche to learn double sword)
Equipment:
Headband
Brigandine
Air blade(mastering air blast)
Gauntlets
Battle boots
ABILITIES
Fighter tech:
Beatdown
Air render
Air blast
Backdraft
Item
Counter
Maintenance
Combat combo

Get nosadu and train him with double sword, then make marche a fighter/paladin, thats a good combo in my opinion.

Right, this is worth it, but is pretty long winded.

1) Train him as a ninja until he learns Double Sword.
2)Train him to become a Blue Mage (1xBlack Mage Ability, 1xWhite Mage Ability)
3)Teach him the Support Ability, Learning (Blue Mage, Learned from Blue Saber[You can use two with double sword, make things faster])
4)Once learned, return to training as Fighter
5)Change the Support Ability from Double Sword to Learning when it is possible to learn an Ability during a battle. You may need a BeastMaster to learn healing moves from the likes of Fairies.
6)After the battle, change the second ability set to Blue Magic, and change the Support back to Double Sword.
7)Repeat 5 and 6 whenever you encounter a new technique to learn.
