Heres some hints: Templars have better stat growth than dragoons
Assassins are way better than snipers in terms of stat growth & skills
Time mages definitely have better stat growth than black mages

I recommend you train a whole lot on jobs with better stat growth in a particular race, your other team members are fine.Marche in later game as a fighter could still be useful, but it might move slower than your other clan members. If you are playing for speed,go for Ninjas.

Hope it helped.

Lvl 6 fighter, Black Mage, Ninja and Dragoon, a lvl 5 Sage and a lvl 4 Sniper is ok, but I'm assuming you've not long started?? Not bad actually.

I would say change the Fighter to a Paladin or a Ninja for more Magic Attack or Speed stat gain, as this is really useful later on, but the Ninja's Double Sword is handy to have around too.

For the Dragoon, I'd say to go on for a bit as he is, until you get a couple hundred Attack stat. And then change him to a Templar. This is mainly so he has a good attack and his magic attack will increase quickly, along with him learning more status moves, like Haste. This should increase the power of the Dragoon's "breath" moves too.

Once you have learned all the abilities up to Life for the Sage, change him to an Alchemist (5xBlack Mage Ability, 3xWhite Mage Ability) and learn the abilities up to Death from the same weapons. I

f you want the game to be slightly easier, follow this tip. Unlock the Assassin job with your Viera and start learning the abilities, taking your time until you unlock the weapon that teaches Archers the Support Ability Concentrate (Artemis Bow ?) and change her back to an Archer until it is learned. Then learn both Rockseal and Last Breath as an Assassin. When you pair up either of these two with Concentrate, you effectively have a one-hit-kill move with 70%+ accuracy, often even 100% against mages. Makes the game a lot easier though

Hope this helps, ~Oni_Mac~
