How do I unlock the "fey blade" mission .
Whats the best weapons for the dragoon and templer .

Depends on the type of weapon your dragoon and templar are carrying. For dragoon, his best sword is Chirirjiraden, weapon attack of 65. For templar, his best knightsword will be Excalibur 2, weapon attack of 87. For both dragoon and templar, the best spear will be Odin Lance, weapon attack of 55.
