Hey could sombody help with
A problem
The problem is I can't get Marche
As a ninja or anything besides a Solder/theif/black mage/archer/theif/or white mage

In order to get the more advanced jobs, you need to master a number of A-Abilities of the other jobs. For instance to get a Ninja Marche will have to master 2 Thief A-Abilities first.

To unlock more advanced jobs for your characters, you need to learn abilities from the basic jobs first.
The amount you need is around two or three from a single job, but there are some exceptions.
