Question for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

I need some help. I need to complete 36 missions but all the missions at the bar are all cleared How do I get new missions???

And does anybody know all the abilitys for a blue mage I got one and I'm having a hard time finding new attacks for him.

Have you tried reading those rumors at the pub?They can also unlock new missions.You should also try to reading the mission item "the hero gaol" by pressing select at the mission items option.
