All I did was change marche to a paladid and learn holy blade which did around 234 damage and doing 999 in my combo whith my three assains.
Just get your moogle totema up and use it also use lini she/he is great for using the totema
To defeat adrammalech make sure you have at least 6 jp or up on your strongest people then surround him with your strongest combo users and intiate the combo it should do close to 350 to 400 damage
I had a moogle use sheepcount and a red mage cast sleep on dragons, then attacked adrammalech til I defeated him.
