Question for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

Im trying to do a rank 7 mission and my guys can't do it they just kneel how do I make them stand or even beter walk p.s. The guy that I'm trying to use is a lv 32 and my clan is lv 50 and I have won the game so help me!!!

The maximum level of chars is Level 50, with 99 EXP.

I have levels between 33 - 50 and my clan level is 75, and even my level 33's are WALKING on a rank 6 mission, not jumping or kneeling.
So i'd suggest to train hard, untill your average char level is about 35 and your clan level is 55-60.
